Refund Policy

This policy covers fees paid to Shortfundly for the Shortfundly OTT service. It restates the payment terms in the Terms of Service. It does not change those terms.

No refunds

All fees are non-refundable. If you give notice to terminate, access continues until the end of the billing term and is then deactivated.

Cancellation and overages

Cancelling an account does not remove charges for bandwidth or streaming overages incurred before cancellation. Subscription fees for each domain are listed on pricing.

Billing disputes

Billing disputes must be submitted within 60 days of the billing date through a support ticket. Email support@shortfundly.com or use the contact page.
